Executive Coaching and Training Experts

The most celebrated and highly-paid athletes in the world know the value of great coaching. They know that good coaches make them play better than they ever could alone.

The business world is no different. Many of the top executives of today’s most successful organizations use executive coaches to give them an edge in an increasingly competitive world.

Key Associates, Inc. has developed a method of executive coaching that consistently produces measurable results for diverse clients. Our executive life coaching has produced great results for hard charging and intense CEOs and equally impressive results for more analytical and reserved business leaders. It has produced noteworthy successes for top executives in industries as diverse as technology, healthcare, government and manufacturing.

Our Executive Coaching and Development services use a continuous feedback process consisting of four stages:

Assessment of where you are and where you'd like or need to be. This process uses a variety of methods, including 360º feedback, assessment tools, self-reports, performance feedback, and visualization.

Goal-setting to define priorities and align desired outcomes for individuals, teams, and the organization. During this process, success criteria are developed and linked to personal and business objectives.

Taking action on personalized development plans designed to reward and recognize desired results. This process includes analyzing obstacles or limiting leadership behaviors that impact the organization and implementing strategies to address specific personal and team goals.

Tracking results to measure achieved outcomes against desired results. This final stage includes analyzing feedback for additional learning and growth and assessing any gaps.

According to Dr. Mary Key, professional executive coach, “Good coaching is not magic. We begin with a sound process of assessing where someone is in relation to where they and the organization want them to be. Then we design a behavioral plan to achieve agreed upon results. We listen, we add value, and we work extremely hard using our expertise to make every engagement a success.”

Your executive coach will begin by listening and asking questions to learn about you, your situation, and your vision. Next you and your coach will set goals and decide upon the criteria to use for measuring success. Once you and your coach have identified objectives, defined success, and created a detailed plan, you will be ready to act decisively and confidently. Finally, you and your coach will do what every effective manager does: measure and track results against your objectives and make the right adjustments.
