Randy Williams
Randy has had extensive leadership experience in line and staff in the US and abroad and currently assists clients in the corporate, non-profit, academic, and governmental sectors to develop processes for risk mitigation, ethics, and change programs. Current consulting activities include specialized training, facilitation, workshops, planning and change management. She also helps companies establish or enhance Ombudsman programs.
Randy is an Executive in Residence with i4cp (previously HRI). She is a co-author on four global studies for American Management Association and 14cp: The Ethical Enterprise, Magnifying Customer Focus, Executing Strategy and Cultivating Effective Corporate Cultures. Randy has also co-authored 15 articles. She is on the Board of the Institute for Global Ethics and an Advisor with the Institute for Sustainable Enterprise.
Randy was with American Express for over 20 years where she focused on creating customer focused cultures, increasing employee engagement, and improving productivity and ROI. She was the Corporate Ombudsperson leading the global program and reporting to the Chairman, Vice Chairman and the Audit Committee of the Board. Over 100 U.S. and international organizations benchmarked the program during her leadership. Prior, she was SVP for Human Resources, Learning & Development, Quality & Reengineering. She created an integrated organization that was client rather than function driven.
Randy has a BA in Economics from Randolph Macon Woman's College. Professional training includes Graduate School of Banking, Minto Communications, Managing Organizational Change, Aspiration Based Planning and Ombudsman curriculum.
