Mary Key, Ph.D.

A business consultant, speaker, author and executive coach, Dr. Mary Key is the founder of Key Associates, Inc. (KA), an organizational transformation consulting firm committed to the development of leaders and organizations. KA has helped clients produce “breakthrough” results since 1992. Dedicated to helping leaders succeed and their organizations grow, Mary works with leaders and consults on a range of subjects including leading change, organizational alignment, strategic planning, strategy development, leadership and team development, and customer service.

Mary has authored several books including CEO Road Rules: Right Focus, Right People, Right Execution and The Entrepreneurial Cat: 13 Ways to Transform Your Work Life.

Mary was Executive Director of Inc. Magazine's Eagles CEO Program, where she provided one-on-one consulting and roundtable facilitation to CEOs of fast-growing companies and Inc. 500 winners. She also served in leadership roles at several major international consulting firms including Development Dimensions International and Kaset International, now part of AchieveGlobal.

Mary received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and her BS from the University of Massachusetts. She has lectured at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the University of Tampa’s Graduate School of Business and other educational institutions such as Harvard’s School of Public Health. She was selected to join Leadership Florida, the CEO Council of TampaBay, and is part of the Integral Institute’s Business Group. She belongs to the National Speakers Association, Searchnet, OD Network, Society for Organizational Learning (SOL) and the World Future Society. Key is a founding member and chairs the board for No More Homeless Pets in her community.
