Donna J. Dennis, Ph.D.
Dr. Dennis is an executive coach and facilitator. She has worked with senior managers, boards of small businesses, government, not-for- profit organizations and academia. Her experience spans global companies within financial services, insurance, medical device, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, multinational conglomerates and a variety of mid size and small businesses.
Earlier in her career Donna was Staff Vice President of Leadership Development at C.R. Bard and Assistant Vice President of Training and Development at Chubb and Son, Inc. Her internal experience also includes working at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as the Director of Staffing and Development and teaching at The Wharton School and University of Pennsylvania. Among her clients are: Risk Metrics Group, Kraft Kennedy, British Petroleum, J&J, Layne Christensen, Empower Federal Credit Union, Cisco Systems, New York Public Library, Sutter Health Care, Lutheran General Hospital, Princeton University, Verona and Montgomery Public Schools, and the Atlantic States Water and Fisheries Commission.

Donna holds a Master’s degree in education, a Ph.D. in human development, and certification in many personality and 360 assessments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, and a variety of other instruments. She is on the faculty at Gestalt International Study Center and the AMA. Donna is a trustee for the New Jersey Independent College Fund and the Founding President of the New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group.
